My creeping Phlox is finally creeping, although some of it has changed colors this year...my red/crimson patch is gone and....
there seems to be something orange creeping around in there too.
You just can't take a picture without some curious feline coming over to see what you are doing. I was going outside this morning to try and get a better picture of my phlox, but it's raining...so that will have to wait.

I love the colour of those flowers...glorious!
By the way, any word from Cucoo since the sighting at Tuffenuf's house?
Very nice, I want some of this. Does it come back every year, do you know what time of year to plant it, is it hardy enough for a plant-killer like me?
Great picture!
I love that orange cat; I used to have one just like it named - Sandy kitty! :-) The phlox is so pretty; is it hard to keep coming back?
I love phlox but it doesn't last very long, the blooms I mean! Lovely while it is blooming though.
A real beauty on banks!
Love the felines that are in the picture. Cats are always trying to hinder...I mean help!
Nosey cats! My neighbor has cats that come by for a visit, my dogs don't like it much. Lovely photo. I saw Cukoo again this morning, but he disapeared before I could get the camera.
Susan & Andi...yes, phlox comes back every year on its own and it's easy to grow...it even grows on rocks.
The little orange kitty is a Tomcat named Ferby.
Oooh, what lovely flowers! I will have to remember the name. I want to start planting some things soon, and I too, am not good at growing.
Beautiful and the flowers too.
Wonderful phlox - my grandmother and I both used to grow the upright kind and they just reseeded themselves every year till the colors were all mixed - I have a good picture of my grandmother's phlox bed I will have to dig it out.
The cats just set a homey mood.
very cute orange phlox
i planted some phlox from seed a couple of years ago but i think the spot must have been too shady, or maybe they just got mowed over too many times
i love phlox too, and maybe i should try it by my mailbox where it will get plenty of sun
Sandy, your phlox are creeping beautifully and I love your kitties!! Aren't they just such a big help. I know the feeling....curiosity...you know...
A friend gave me some c. phlox last fall and they made it through the winter, thanks heavens. I'm really anxious to see how they do.
I used to have some phlox at a previous house but not at this one. I should get some since I have a hill that would be great for it. How old is your phlox bed?
