Oh, what fun…Tanya, over at The Purple Giraffe has tagged me for a six weird things meme. I am to find six weird things about myself and then tag six other people to do the same. Well here goes!
1. I tend to ramble on and on and on, in the comments area of friendly unsuspecting bloggers. I just don’t know when to stop and tend to leave my autobiography there.
2. Most of the pictures that I take are from a bike that is moving at between 65 to 90 mph. I am there for the ride and when I see something interesting I have to act fast and take the picture right then. If I tell my husband to stop…I miss it completely because it’s now a half mile back.
3. I save recipes, but I don’t know why, because I hate to cook. It’s just so much easier to go out to eat. I used to love to cook, but the kids all left home and my priorities changed.
4. I have to make the bed up just as soon as I get out of it. I can’t stand a messy bed…it drives me nuts. And since I have to make it up, just as soon as I get up…that means that I have to stay in it, until my husband gets up and brings me my coffee.
5. I have gotten three blogging injuries since I started blogging. The first one was a burning in the back of my neck from slouching…the second injury was a sore calloused left elbow, which was taken care of by applying hand lotion and taking it off the desk…and the third injury were two very sore wrists, from writing comments that were WAY tooo long.
6. I live with a make believe purple haired bird that can talk named Cucoo. Now….you tell me who is Cucoo?...Weird, I mean.
Now it’s time to tag six more people for this wonderful meme. Who has six weird things that they would like to share with the rest of us? Remember…if you don’t want to play that’s fine…and if you do…just let us know in the comments area, so we can come over and read how weird you are. I just wanted to let everyone know how hard it was to limit this list to just six.
You’ve been tagged:
1. Finn
2. Franny
3. Jellyhead
4. Somershade
5. Kitten Yarn
6. Rachel

Nice list - only they seem pretty normal to me - that mean we are a couple of weird people? If so great for us - it is fun.
Hi Sandy ~~ Great list and not too weird. I am so glad you liked the poem,
when I get back from this trip I will post more that are similar. Thanks for your comment. Cheers, Merle.
This is a cute meme! I personally like memes and being tagged for them! We share the habit of writing forever in the comments. I think its because we have a lot to say, and we really want to support the blogger with our words.
Oh, here I go again...
Anyways, thanks!
Ok..you got me, fair and square...LOL. This is much like "duck, duck, GOOSE" isn't it??
And I didn't duck...*VBG*
Love your weirdness, all seems pretty normal to me..*VBG* I'm having my a.m. coffee and will be thinking about my weirdness to post "soon"...LOL give Cuckoo's feathers a ruffle for me...Finn
Well, I can relate to some of those!! I save recipes and then I never make them. I did finally toss some out a while back and gave away a few cookbooks to cut back on clutter.
Gosh I hope you guys wear helmets on that cycle and other body protection wear at that speed!! I'd beat him to death if he went that fast with me! I rode a 4-wheeler behind my nephew. He did a wheelie thing and make the front wheels come off the ground. I screamed like a banshee right in his ear and slapped his sides. That trip didn't last long. He brought me back. He said he had to because I was beating him to death and he'd never hear again out of his right ear!! Serves him right. He only did it all to scare me!
I also tend to ramble on in comments too much.
I am happy to be tagged and will do so in a day or so!! Thanks Sandy!
No such thing as rambling on too much in the comment section, darling! And what is weird about an imaginary purple bird named Cucoo?
Have a great one!
Three blogging injuries? I didn't realize it was so dangerous.
Ha, glad I am not the only one with blogging injuries! Do you think workmens comp will cover this? I know you have Cucoo, but remember, he came to Florida too.
Excellent list! Thanks for taking part. Interestingly, I have the same recipe/cooking issues. Weird (pardon the pun...).
Yep, dear Sandy, you're a tiny bit wierd, but loveable :) "All the world's a little queer (strange) except thee and me, and even thee's a little queer."
This was among the many quotes my father used to say :)
P.S. I don't really think you're wierd at all....you're perfectly normal, with a vivid imagination!
