Raising the debt ceiling

I'm going to raise the debt ceiling in my household by getting 5 new credit cards, and I'm going to charge several of my richest neighbors $50.00 per month for the services that my cats provide them.  Services like cultivating, fertilizing and keeping the soil in their flower beds loose and free of weeds.  There will also be an extra charge for fertilizing their garden plots.  Neighbors earning less than $250,000 will not have to pay for this service, but non compliance will result in Medicare cuts.   This will finance my new bike.  I want the white one.
