It started raining yesterday morning and has continued throughout the night and is still raining today, but just not as hard. Jimmy said that he heard it pouring really hard during the night, but it's more of a drizzle right now.
We needed the rain because we haven't had any for quite some time. On the weather map when we were all covered in green a while back, the rain missed us and we stayed dry.
Jimmy has been off all extra medications now for about two weeks and is eating well, gaining weight and doing fine. In other words, he's back to his old ornery self :) and riding his bike whenever he wants to. Like they say, or to be more exact, it was David who said this to me the other day, "You can't keep a good man down."
