We need some rain and a little less heat.
One of the Maple trees in Rick's yard is getting Fall colors already. It's been cloudy for several days now, but without any rain. The temps are much too hot too and we need a cool down.
The picture above is of the heart shaped leaves of Rick's Redbud tree. I planted it in Rick's yard because I love the shape of the leaves and I planted it there to signify that my heart is there with Rick, even tho he doesn't care.
We both got a Redbud tree from our electric company for Arbor Day about 5 years ago and both trees are now about 15 feet tall now. They're both beautiful. Mine is planted in my yard on Hwy. 1016.
