Early Morning Ride

We were up before the sun this morning and ready for a ride. It was already hot and humid, but tolerable and nice riding weather except for the foggy mountain passes. It was so foggy that I, being the leader but not in charge, decided to stop at an old truck stop for breakfast. I wanted to stop just so the fog would have a little more time to burn off.

After we finished our breakfast we headed back out with no specific plan in mind, just taking which ever road felt good to go on. I was heading, in a roundabout way, to Cumberland Falls but we didn't make it there today...maybe some other time.
