Every 21 days like clockwork

Today was chemo day for Jimmy and we had an afternoon appointment, but they called us to come in this morning, so it's over and done with for today, and for another 21 days.

The picture to the left is of my Peony which I took yesterday of its first two blooms.  It's loaded with buds and will be covered in beautiful blooms in just a few short days or maybe even tomorrow :)  I can't wait to get a picture of my Peonies in full bloom.  They never disappoint me!

Tomorrow is the 1st day of Spring

Took Jimmy to chemo this morning and came back to find these pretty little daffodils blooming along the front fence, in the neighbors yard.  Our daffs are larger and bloom later than these miniature ones, so we have more flowers to look forward to.

No coat required today but it is VERY WINDY.  It also feels like it could start raining at any moment.  My lilies (below) are loving this warm Spring-like weather and are reaching for the sun, but the sun is hiding today.

Although it's Wednesday, my brain says it feels like Friday and I can't seem to shake that thought.  Do you ever have days like that?
