Cicadas are here

 I'm finding these Cicadas stuck all over the place today.  Rick brought in a live one yesterday to show me that they are here, but I'm only finding their empty shells today.

 

This is an old picture of my long gone sweet Daisy playing with one years ago.  

The 2 cats that I have now don't want anything to do with these insects, and abandoned their nice cat house because the Cicadas were climbing all over it.  I removed all the skeletons today, so maybe they will go back to their cat house.

Allan Wayne

Jimmy's brother Allan Wayne stopped by for a visit this morning while making his usual rounds.  He had just dropped off Lucille at a bazaar and instead of waiting for her there he came over to visit with his younger brother Jimmy.  We run into Allan pretty often in Walmart just as we run into everyone we know.  Since we live in such a small town Walmart is the place to be if you want to see your friends and your family on a regular basis :))  But today Allan Wayne is here at the house and he's staying for a very long welcomed visit.
