More Grands

My grandson Zac, wife Jenn and my great-grandson Jack went horseback riding last weekend.   Here they are posing in front of one of the horses.

This is Lyle sitting next to his granny's Mother's Day flower.

Lyle's granny is going to take him kayaking, but he needed a new lifejacket. Here's his new one.  Now he's ready to go.  (Lyle's granny is my daughter Sharon).

Below is a video of Lyle riding his bike.  Turn up the sound so you can hear his sound effects as he rides.  He's all boy.  He makes the same sounds when playing with his cars and trucks.

First Steps

On Sunday during church services, while in the nursery Lyle took his first steps.  His birthday is on February 28, 2025, so in a little over a month he will turn ONE.  He's walking at about the same time as Brian, Sharon & Suzanne began to walk at 11 months old.

Sharon, Lyle's grandma sent me this video of Lyle's first steps.  Lyle is Megan & James 3rd child.

Watch til the very end when he lets go of the railing and walks towards his grandma Sharon.

WOW!

Liking avocados is usually an acquired taste.  It takes several years for most people that I know to finally grow to like avocados, but Lyle is unique.  He popped a smile just after his first bite of a mashed avocado.

Youngest Great-Grandson

Lyle is my youngest Great-Grandson.  He's 6 months old and boy can he bounce.  This is one of my favorite videos of Lyle.  Lyle is Megan & James Malear's youngest child.

Lyle hardly ever cries.  Ive only heard him try to cry once, but his grandma Sharon began playing with him and he didn't know whether to cry or laugh in the second video.

A Christmas Ornament

I think this is such a sweet Christmas Ornament and I just had to share it.  Even tho baby Lyle is not scheduled to be born until 2025 he will be celebrated and recognized this 2024 Christmas.
