Family Bikers

Our family is blessed, in that most of us enjoy riding and have a common bond...other than being related. We all seem to enjoy nature & seeing all that its beauty has to offer. When you're on a motorcycle, with the wind blowing in your face, you see and smell this beautiful land of ours up close...you don't miss a thing...you're always alert to everything in sight, and all that is around you. There is no getting to a destination...the ride is the destination.
Our family riders don't belong to any organized group or club...We either ride alone, with each other or with friends.
In the picture with the waterfall is my grandson, Matt & his wife, Tori.
The picture where everyone is standing around the bikes is; (left to right) grandson Zac, granddaughters, Megan & Thalia, my daughter Sharon, daughter-in-law Reva, my husband Jimmy, my son Brian & son-in-law Scott.
The picture at the stop light: looking back at us is Sharon, Thalia and Zac.
I'm usually not pictured...because someone has to take the picture...and the only other missing rider was my grandson, Brandon...who must have been visiting his other granny.

Your family reminds me of the old saying (slightly amended):

'The family that rides together stays together'!

It's great that you all have a shared interest.

Ooops!!!

I was just reminded that I left out 2 family bikers from my post...my grandson, Doug & my daughter, Suzanne's husband, Ray.

Please accept my appology.

What an amazing life you all lead. I can relate to never being in the photos too. Where are these pictures taken?

Franny, the pictures were taken in Virginia, West Virginia and Kentucky.

We are very lucky to live in such a beautiful area. We are surrounded by the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains.
