Wake up Sunshine...

Jimmy woke me up with my usual cup of coffee and softly said, "Honey, get up....You're going to like what you see outside!" (Don't you just love his slippers?)

Of course....I bounced out of bed and rushed outdoors to see the beautiful white stuff falling from the sky and covering the ground. So, now you know why my slippers always look so dirty...and yes, I am still in my nightgown.

How wonderfull-snow for yall.
And even better, a new baby to love and hug and squeeze and whisper to. Toes to wriggle, feet to tickle, bottom to pat.
Congrats to you both and best wishes to Mom and Dad

Jimmy looks like me in the mornings, minus the slippers! lol I'm so glad you got the snow you wanted...we always have so much of it here in Northern Ontario every winter, it's not considered an exciting event! lol Enjoy! Hugs xox

We got about 1 1/2 to 2 inches. It was pretty but lots of it has melted away now. Sure is cold! You were excited weren't you, to run out there in your houseshoes!! :) Looks like some cat tracks there too!!

Keep warm Sandy and say Hi to Jimmy!!

How did you you get my picture? Don't be laughing at my slippers.

My wife said it must be an old picture because I don't have THAT much hair anymore.

LoL...I'm glad you enjoyed it...but if you lived here you would have put some clothes on...when I got up this morning it was 0ยบ with a windchill of -13!!!
My Mom was happy...she lives in KY but she said it is melting too quick...she wanted it to stay so they would call off the school system where she works tomorrow!!
:-D

Isn't it funny how we wait for that first snow, and we finally get it, and ok now it can go away...it is -3 below zero, with wind chill of -21 below.....all schools are closed.....we were spoiled by dec. and jan.'s temps, now we suffer.....ready for spring....

What is snow? :)

I love your slippers. They go very well with that white stuff on the ground, whatever it is.

Nice picture.

I do love his slippers...and yours too :)
What a sweet hubby you have to wake you with a cup of coffee. Ross makes the coffee for me too, now that he's home. It's nice to wake up to.
I'm glad you finally have some snow to enjoy. It's lovely stuff...for a little while.
Peter is right...get yourself inside and put on some warm socks girl!
We froze here today. I don't know what the windchill was, but it was bitter cold. Brrrrrr!

Hi there, I’ve been relying on using Bloglines to do my daily rounds of the blogroll for a while now, it’s a very time saving method but it feels a bit impersonal at times, so it’s a hot Saturday, I’m gonna sit here and visit with everyone, It won’t feel any different to you but know that I chose to visit today instead of just answering an electronic reminder.
Have a good day.
Doing the rounds the long way Sandy, Hi again.
