Eating Healthy


Along with the fruit,

Toss in a colorful assortment of fresh vegetables, a tiny bit of chicken, fish or barbequed pork ribs and invite me over for dinner.

And, p.s....don't forget the fresh fruit smoothie and the strawberry shortcake for dessert.
