I love to sleep

I'm listening to this song right now. I love sleeping and always have. I've always felt that in my dreams I'm living another life that's perfect. It has to be of course, because what I'm dreaming are my own subconscious thoughts. I haven't had any more nightmares because my nightmare died and is no longer a problem.

Now don't get me wrong....I love my life, my life when I'm awake and not sleeping. It's a good one and if it wasn't I'd be having nightmares just as I used to have.

My dreams aren't always about love, although that seems to be the main theme running through all my dreams, because being loved is very important to me. But some of my dreams are action packed with lots of excitement doing things like sky diving, scuba diving, mountain climbing, repelling off the highest cliffs in the world and riding my bike without the extra wheels...I can do that in my dreams without any problems. But in my dreams, the person I love is always with me or somewhere nearby.

Now you know why I have no trouble falling asleep and look forward to bedtime...it's my other life, the one without problems.

I am glad I am not the only one who loves sleeping. Since I am retired sometimes I take a nap in the afternoon - it is the best time to dream!

Tuff...today I went to my sleep apnea doctor and she asked me if I wanted to change one of my meds, so I asked her what the side effects were and she said, "It will make you dream more."
That's all I need is to dream more. That's already my problem. I dream too much now.
So I declined the new medication and opted to stay on the one I'm on.
