Thank You

Today I'm feeling so much better.  It's sunny and I have done all that I'm going to do for today already.  Yesterday is gone and today is my focus....and my focus for today is to make sure that Jimmy doesn't do anything and has a good time just doing nothing.
My grandson Zac called and offered to do our mowing and anything else that needed doing.  He's so sweet, but I think I can handle the lawn and it's just the weed-eating that might cause me some concern.  But I used to do all the weed-eating at one time, so I guess if I take it slow I can do it again.  I was just feeling so overwhelmed yesterday because I wanted the yard to look nice when my step-mom and brothers come to visit next week.  On Sunday I'll get one of the boys to move Jimmy's motorcycle out of my way.  That was another reason that I was feeling overwhelmed as well.  His bike is blocking the riding mower and I can't get it out until it is moved.  Jimmy isn't allowed to do anything vigorous or strenuous for 6 weeks so I won't let him even touch his bike.
Hope everyone has a wonderful Mother's Day Weekend!  I have already started celebrating with the help of my daughter Sharon.

Don't be killing yourself for Mom's visit. She won't be looking for dust. She just looking forward to seeing all of you and where Ron's living now!
I'm in the same place you are in doing things Roy used to be able to help me with, but we hired someone to do the jobs he did (pool and lawn) long ago, while he was still working, because he didn't have the time to do them then either. So I'm glad your grandson is able to help you out with the mowing.
Relax and enjoy Mother's Day!
Love, Diane

Diane, I hadn't even thought about the dust, I was more worried about getting the lawn mowed and now that it is taken care of, thanks to my grandson Matt, I can relax.
I'm really looking forward to your mom's visit and my house is old and there isn't much I can to improve that, so I just don't worry about it.
It's going to be fun having!
