It's good to be back

This is the first time that I have been able to use Blogger in Draft in a while, so that's why I haven't written anything here lately.  I have been just sending pictures to Blogger by iPad and iPhone and sometimes by using my email.  It's good to be back!

Jimmy is off helping Brian work on his little Ford Ranger.  It's having a right front tire problem,  not with the tire itself, but with the braking apparatus.  They finally got the car running yesterday and we all hope that it remains running.  It's been very hard on my son's family not having their car or their truck, and having to depend on others to come to pick them up for appointments and to grocery shop....we didn't mind though :)  Jimmy and Brian have worked long hours for over a week now on both the car and the truck and they deserve a nice dinner out, or at least a pat on the back.

All is quiet here at home today.  I am usually with Jimmy but today I wasn't ready and Jimmy wanted to get an early start.  Jimmy's daughter, Sandie, has our house all cleaned up, and Jimmy and I washed up all the clothes last night so there isn't anything pressing for me to do, except for tonight when we will be tuned in to the Vice Presidential Debates.  It should be an interesting debate because I always love to hear what Joe Biden has to say.  He's quite a character and I think a decent honest man.  Of course, all of you who know me, know that I'm for the other side but I still can like Joe :)
