Good Morning....
and it's a very good morning today. Everything has fallen right into place and I don't know anyone who isn't in a wonderful mood today. The sun is shining and there is absolutely no sign of rain for as far as my eyes can see. There isn't even a cloud in the sky and I feel loved.
Jimmy had a follow up doctors appointment in Lexington at 8:00 a.m. this morning to remove his drain tube and he's extremely happy about that. He hated that tube. On our way to the doctor's office there was a great big beautiful moon still visible in the darkness as we made our way north on I-75, and as we topped a hill near Lexington, we could see the sun rising up ahead of us.
The doctor gave Jimmy permission to drive, but only to run short errands. He still isn't allowed to lift anything. I didn't realize how much we use our neck muscles to lift things, including our own bodies. Jimmy still has to take it easy for another week and believe me that won't be easy for him...we'll all be stressed before the week is over, hahaha. Some of the stitches will be taken out on Thursday and I'm sure Jimmy can't wait for that.
The pretty little flower in the picture is an Arizona wildflower.

We had a nice day and I worked on the deck and pool (final touches).
Mom went to PT in Paducah, Ky. She did a little shopping while there.
Good news for Jimmy and you. Glad you had a nice day and that the drain came out. He'll be back to normal very quickly.
Glad Jimmy is doing well.Love you both and thankful for you both.
and you picked it?!
glad he is doing well and that should be a weight off your chest too :-)
Paige...No, I didn't pick it. I suppose you were referring to the flower. It was given to me...isn't that sweet? I always did love a man who picked me wildflowers.
