Up Early

I'm up early waiting for the sun to rise and ready to begin a new day. Today I need to vacuum, sweep, dust & polish furniture. Ron, Jr. is coming to visit tomorrow for a couple of days and it will be nice seeing him again.
Right now I'm getting ready to drink my first cup of coffee while the rest of the house is still asleep. Princess has already made her morning rounds into the house for a bite to eat and is now back outside tending to her little ones. I have to be congratulated for remembering that today is our anniversary because Jimmy and I usually forget this day until Sept.10th arrives and when that date comes rolling by we automatically look at each other and say...."We forgot it again," and we smile at each other and start laughing. We don't need just one day a year to celebrate our wedding day anyway. We celebrate every day that we're together and today we'll celebrate by cleaning up this house together.
Hope everyone has a wonderful day today.

5:27 P.M......
Well things don't always go as planned, especially when we're talking about something as boring as housework. Now the new plan is to get up REALLY, REALLY, REALLY, EARLY and get it done before anyone gets here.

We've done nothing but run around all day today and we even got some visiting done. We went to see Glen at the car lot and then we went over to Suzanne's because she was stuck at home without a car. We tried to visit Scott at Advanced but he got away before we even got our car parked. He was on his bike because it was a beautiful day to ride today. Jimmy & I also both talked on the phone a lot, but the one thing I never did all day was get on my computer and answer email. Of course you know I blogged because the proof is right here for all to see.

Suzanne is calling, I see her number on caller ID. Gotta go.....

Well-congrats on your anniversary! :)

Charles and I celebrated ours this year (our 49th) in the hospital! It was April27th and we had planned a little trip but he ended up in hospital!

But as we get older (and older) we realize that every day is a blessing, whatever we are doing !

Have a good day together- and enjoy your company!

Joanie taught you right Dennis.

Junie, 49 years is a long time! I didn't even think you were 49 years old yet yourself.
