Internet Service Provider

I got a letter from my internet company saying that I could have a FREE UPGRADE on my internet to 25 megs for 12 months with no increase in my bill.  They also threw in a FREE landline phone with 13 features....also Free for 12 months and both without contracts.  False advertising.  Nothing is free.  Repairman left here and I got no internet upgrade.  I'm still using 12 megs like I was before he arrived.  I do have use of my landline phone tho and I guess that's good except that I don't use it anymore since I have a cell phone.
